At R.K. Smith Realty, we’ll handle the marketing of your property and more so that you don’t have to. We’ll leverage our decades of experience in the real estate industry to your advantage and cast the widest possible net for the biggest applicant pool. Once all the applications have come in, we’ll also go through an extensive tenant screening process to help make sure that only high quality tenants are moving into the home that we’re working with. When those tenants have moved in, we’ll also provide you with regular financial statements so you’re always up to date on what is going on with your investment.
