Bob Rothering, Principal Broker
 
As the owner of the business, Bob is responsible for the administration of the property management program.  With an extensive background in banking, insurance, and on-site building management, he is extremely qualified to handle all aspects of the property management industry.  As a member of the Rock-Green Realtors Association, Local MLS, and National Realtors Association, he would be happy to assist you with your investment needs.
 
Marge Rothering, Business Manager
 
As Bob's partner in life as well as business, Marge is responsible for all business operations, operating statements, accounting services, and day-to-day operations of the business.  Her background includes banking and office administration.  Any questions about business operations should be directed to Marge, who will be eager to help!
 
Curt Jacob, Realtor
 
Curt joined the staff of R.K. SMITH REALTY in 2003.  Prior to that time, Curt employed the services of R.K. SMITH REALTY to handle his investment property.  Curt has an extensive background in property investment and has turned his love of real estate into his career.  He is a member of Rock-Green Realtors Association, MLS, and National Realtors Association.  His sole responsibility is to handle the real estate needs of investors and first-time home buyers. 
 
Jenny Wells, Office Manager
 
The friendly voice on the telephone, Jenny has been with R.K. SMITH REALTY since 2000.  She is responsible for office operations, telephone handling, greeting clients and residents, accepting rent payments, and addressing maintenance needs.  You will see her smiling face at the front desk of the office, ready to handle all of your rental needs.
